The professional estate of Prof. Unterberger (*1905 - †1996) covers the period from 1955 to 1977. It contains documents from his teaching and research activities at the TH München. From 1955 to 1977, Prof. Unterberger held the chair of precision engineering and gear theory. He played a significant role in establishing the first chair of precision engineering at a university in the Federal Republic of Germany.
