The estate of Prof. Sulger-Gebing (*1863 - †1923) spans the period from 1861 to 1966 and totals 0.8 linear feet. It comprises lecture notes, professional and personal correspondences, personal photographs, and 200 drawings by various Munich and Swiss artists. Succeeding Prof. Wilhelm Hertz, Prof. Sulger-Gebing was appointed initially as an associate professor in 1901 and later as a full professor in 1905 to the Chair of Literary History at the TH Munich.
