The estate of Prof. Moritz Schröter (1851-1925) covers the period from 1907 to 1925. It contains documents from his teaching and research activities as well as documents related to the administration of the Technical University of Munich. In 1879, Prof. Moritz Schröter was appointed as an associate professor at the Chair of Theoretical Mechanical Engineering, which was converted into a full professorship in 1886. In 1908, he was also elected as the rector of TUM for three years.
